The estate Viognier is very aromatic - floral orange blossoms and tangerines dominate the nose.  The palate combines rich flavors of apricot and peach and apple, with a touch of sweet spice on the smooth finish.  Enjoy with dungeness crab and goat cheese salad.

Stephen came to Clos LaChance from Artesa Vineyards and Winery in Napa Valley, where he was Assistant Winemaker. As the Director of Winemaking Operations at Clos LaChance, Stephen oversees the entire winemaking process, from vineyard to bottle.

Stephen has a vast wine background, having spent the last 12 years laying the foundation for a brilliant career in winemaking. In addition to his five years as Assistant Winemaker for Artesa Vineyards and Winery, Stephen spent six years with Codorniu, where he worked as enologist, vineyard liaison, lab assistant and cellar worker.
